イギリス留学中の新井さん、ミュージックフェスティバルで三冠の快挙！
イギリスクィーンマーガレットスクールに留学中の本校生徒、新井智子さん(国際コース3年生 横浜市立中田中学校卒)が現地のHorsforth Competitive Festival of Music,Drama and Danceに出場し、ヴァイオリンとピアノの演奏を披露。三つの部門でチャンピオンになる快挙を果たしました。9月に行われるチャンピオン大会に出場します。
(クィーンマーガレットスクールのホームページ記事より） Congratulations to Chieko Arai in Lower Sixth, who has scooped three first prizes for her violin and piano playing in the Horsforth Competitive Festival of Music, Drama and Dance. Her performances impressed the adjudicator so much that she has been invited to take part in the Champion of Champions competition, representing Horsforth, to be held next September in Ilkley.
